Your back keeps everything else in line, it’s a huge component of all core movements, and it’s a body part that you DO NOT want to injure! Form is your best friend with all back exercise. Once you are comfortable with your form, start adding weight. In addition to working your back, these exercises will work your grip strength, forearms, abs, glutes, legs, etc. Back Day is a big deal at BuffBoxx and we hope y’all enjoy it as much as we do!
